The truth matters.

My opponent can make no real case in his favor to earn your vote, so he fabricated a case against me instead.

My opponent’s negative attack ad is based on a misrepresentation of events that occurred almost 30 years ago. Charges of sexually harassing behavior were made years before I went to work at the company and the women never worked at the company while I was employed there.  Part of my job was to train the company’s employees about sexual harassment and ensure a healthy work environment.  The judge ruled that during the time I worked at the company,  women had no complaints about the workplace and proper employment policies and procedures were in place to make sure it was a good place for women to work.  I was part of the solution, not part of the problem.

The truth is that I’ve been standing up for people my entire life, and I make my living as a civil rights attorney who represents women and victims of sexual harassment to make sure their voices are heard. I think the voters in Senate District 18 deserve to know the truth when casting their vote.
